b4checkin Partners with Ronald McDonald House of New York

Wednesday, August 26, 2015 (Halifax, Nova Scotia) – b4checkin is proud to announce its completion of a fully customized booking engine platform for Ronald McDonald House New York (RMH-NY).

As a nonprofit organization offering support programs for children, its needs for a booking engine are quite unique and outside the scope of hospitality products typically offered. b4checkin was thrilled to undertake the work as it was for a great cause.

Coordinating with RMH-NY’s Property Management System provider to accommodate bookings through its interface, b4checkin designed a special reservation portal capable of managing patient and family bookings from 21 different hospitals in the New York area.

After removing all credit card processing and filtering out the hotel lingo, the platform is built in such a way that only authorized social workers can create reservations at the RMH-NY facility using unique login credentials for secured access. Attached to this is an Administration Portal to prioritize the admission approval process and to log patient information. b4checkin also installed an automated criminal record background check feature.
